The menu is small, but the food is really good. My wife and I visited Eldorado’s Sportsmans’ Cafe because we’d heard about the menu of Asian cuisine that they’re serving in addition to their regular offerings after 5 p.m. We headed to the Noodle Bar section because we wrongly assumed that to order from the Asian menu, you had to be seated there. Turns out, you can order from the menu of Asian food anywhere in the restaurant, but if you’re at the Noodle Bar, there’s a THIRD menu that consists of a few Vietnamese items like ph and bn b Hu. I had the bn b Hu, a spicy beef soup that’s like ph, but with thicker noodles, lemongrass and chili paste. I really enjoyed it. Also, it’s kind of great to know that there’s a place to get good Vietnamese food at 1 a.m., if the mood strikes. I’m still planning to go back and try the Asian menu at Sportsmans’ Cafe, but am glad to have learned about the existence of Noodle Bar.
