OK food and an above average price. As hotel food goes, I guess it’s typical. The dishes sound really good, but the flavors don’t stand up to the expectations. I had a Pasta Jambalaya which was overwhelmed with Cheese and lacked that punch of flavor that I would expect from such a dish – in Louisiana. Liked the hotel – I’d eat there if I couldn’t get out anywhere else. diningoutdfw.com
