They mess up my order 3 out of 4 times we ordered from them. Service is rude, slow, and the food is mediocre. It’s starting to become a usual thing that if it’s a chain restaurant in Shreveport the service is going to be completely awful
They don’t have a chance.. Closing time on a Friday night is 11 pm! So I order online at 10:25 pm. They call me at 10:40 pm to tell me that they no longer deliver at that time (even though I got a confirmation)! Ridiculous business practice. I call Papa Johns, which closes at 1 am and even save five bucks with similar order! I just moved here and Pizza Hut just lost my business already. It seems this may be a common practice with Pizza Hut and not just local as this happened to a family member recently in another city. At least this one called me back I guess while the other left my sister hanging with no call at all. They just took her money and closed shop!
Worst Delivery Experience. We had an event where employees that donated the most cans to benefit a non-profit organization would have a pizza party. We ordered the pizza a day ahead for delivery at 11:30, it is now 12:36 and no pizzas for our employees to enjoy. This is our WORST Pizza experience ever and will never use PIZZA HUT again.
Good pizza. Priced well. Better than dominos but not as good as papa johns. Final verdict: 4/5 because I got my pizza delivered and they forgot part of my order.
Great lunch buffet, not 4 stars or anything, but c’mon it’s a pizza place. Worth a try for quick lunch. Also they will make something specific for the buffet if you ask. Wait staff very nice.
