Ive lived in the SBC for over 5 years and this place had the best soul food ive eaten here. Its a small place, so you wouldnt want to bring 10-15 people during lunch hour, but they do deliver and the 3 other people I ate with were completely satisfied.
Wonderful food and wonderful service….Like eating in your grandmothers kitchen! I had chicken fried chicken and my husband had hamburger steak! I also got some banana pudding and peach cobbler to go-that was to die for as well!
Not liking the shrimp at all. Me and my co-workers eat at this establishment all the time on our lunch break but we always order the same thing. But we did diffrent today we order the 6 piece shrimp with french fries and i must say it was awful the shrimp was soggy and the french fries was cold and filled with grease. And where did the cornbread come from. The cheeseburgers are pretty good but the fried shrimp is awful. I would not recommend them to anyone….Thanks Syretta Powell
Wow the best in the ARKLATEX SoulFood. Go ms Sherry12 Feb, 2013The Diner has great food , excellent service and a very clean with warm welcoming environment and not to forget to mention the best homemade Peach Cobbler and Banana pudding and Stuff Shrimp n the WORLD !!!
