This place stinks! Literally, it smell a like mildew when you walk inside and doesn’t appear to be clean at all! The floors are so dirty and looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped ever! I would hate to imagine what the kitchen looks like !
Some of the WORST food I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.Nice waitress, but that was the only positive thing about the night! Only two other people in the entire restaurant, the whole time we were there – on a Friday night.Got the drunken noodles (ordered medium spicy with chicken, which the waitress repeated back to me clearly) – received a large plateful of noodles with beef. Ok, no big deal. Unfortunately, the ONLY flavor was the spice. Otherwise, it was bland, kind of dry and sticky, and looked and tasted like leftover food from lunch (we went at 7pm).My boyfriend got broccoli and tofu with peanut sauce (ordered mild). The broccoli looked bright green, like it was steamed – so we expected it to taste like broccoli and maybe have a bit of a broccoli crunch. Instead it was woody, chewy, and flavorless. I have no idea how that was achieved. The peanut sauce had a decent peanut flavor but was VERY watery. The tofu was rubbery and looked like it had been made hours earlier. The food was so bad that we left hungry and worried that we would be sick later.
Had to pay for meal even though it was so bad I couldn’t eat it. This place was terrible. I was working in the area and was trying to scope out a good place to eat. I saw this restaurant and was very excited to eat some good Thai food so close to where I was working. I had a very bad experience. First of all, the place was quite dirty and my gut told me to take off but against my better judgement I decided to stay. The bathroom was dirty and the salt and pepper shakers were filthy. Second, I was served a cup of lukewarm soup upon sitting down (came with every meal, I believe). The soup tasted funky. I ordered the basil stirfry and asked for medium spiciness. When I got the dish, the vegetables weren’t cooked (they were still completely hard) and the food was incredibly bland. No spiciness and no flavor. I only ate a couple of bites–it just wasn’t worth eating at all. No one came back to check on me (I would have asked for them to cook it longer and add some spice) so eventually I went up to the front to check out. I told the owner that the food was not good, that the vegetables were uncooked and that the food had no flavor. She told me that it was how Thai cooking was. I told her that Thai cooking should be flavorful and fragrant and that I have eaten at many Thai restaurants around the country and that this was the worst meal I ordered. All of this was said in a polite tone. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to fix anything, didn’t offer a discount. She charged full price and I left hungry. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE HUNGRY.
Not as good as other reviews. No flavor and drunken noodles were dry. Worst Thai I’ve had
