They are closed Sunday & Monday
Experience at Cafe Even. The food is served fast. Delicious but what is more important is very healthy. When I came the first time, I was surprised that I can feel at a cafe like at home. The manager met me with caring. If you don’t know what to choose to eat, taste russian salad. That is one of the most tasteful things at the cafe.
Excellent Borek. If you’ve never had Turkish borek, you’re in for a treat. It somewhat resembles lasagna, only made with phyllo dough instead of pasta. Cafe Even specializes in this Turkish specialty, and their borek really hits it out of the park. It’s moist and chewy and they offer many different fillings. My favorite is the spinach and the feta cheese filling. They also have fresh baked pastries and cookies and grilled panini for the less adventurous.Whenever I visit my parents in Michigan, we always head down to Cafe Even to get borek. I can’t wait till my next trip!
