Great customer service…. I had only known of one location for this chain – Waterford location – so when I ordered for my daughters Open House, I called and well…called the Farmington location. Imagine the stress when I had realized what had happened. So I called and spoke to the Manager there, George, and you would not believe how wonderful he was in offering to help us out. We live in Grand Blanc, MI and my husband had to drive out and get the food, but George offered his catering van to meet us half way and even mentioned the manager of the Waterford store driving to meet a family member, etc., but my husband thought it easier to make the 45 minute drive and when he got there my husband said he was very nice and very helpful. Of course we were late getting our food but he made sure that it was nice and hot and offered up some cold drinks for my son and husband. Big THANK YOU for your help George. If we still lived out there, we would be frequenting your restaurant!!!!

I always drove passed this place and finally decided to try it…LOVE IT! The broasted chicken and potatoes were excellent, as well as the green beans! A little pricey but worth it!! This is gonna be my place!!!

Better then KFC. My kids like KFC, I hate it so we tried this place, I think we found a happy medium.
