I definitely did NOT like the sushi here. They loaded them with cucumbers that weren’t quite ripe, so they had a nasty taste. So every sushi roll was terrible. The edamame were old and over cooked. The only good thing was the Sapporo Beer but I had to buy the van because they claimed they just changed the draft and it was warm. 8.00 a can!!!!!! Not good will stick with a better place.
Farmington’s Hidden Gem. Three of us ate dinner last night at Sushi Mi. This is our 4’th meal there. This is Farmington’s hidden gem that has yet to be discovered. It has been open for only 6 months. Excellent, high quality sushi, beautifully presented, with attentive service. We have also tries the Korean barbeque….delicious and fun. This family run restaurant makes you feel welcome. If you are a fan of Japanese and Korean food, you must try this restaurant. January 8, 2015
I have been coming here for years and everything is delicious but recently their service has gone downhill very quick. They take forever to greet, get waters, be checked on and also they have misplaced my togo orders multiple times. It’s just sad to see a restaurant with such good food go to waste because of service
My Fave. I love this place! I love the creative way they make and serve the sushi. The portions are huge. The salad & dressing is so delicious. Everything is so good. My favorite is the Las Vegas roll. I get take out often for lunch..you can order online or by phone. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Everything is awesome. That sums it up
Diamond in the rough. The first time I ever went to Sushi House was with my girlfriend’s parents. From the outside it didn’t look like much. It’s in a little plaza next to relatively mundane places, but the inside of Sushi House is very nice. They have little T.V.s and little USB frames all around the restaurant that are on a repeating slideshow. The slideshow is of all of their sushi rolls, and it is very accurate, even though the pictures make it seem their food will never live up to what they show. I should also note that the menus are immaculate and stunning. Very fine quality print and very sharp and vibrant photographs of every single roll they offer. The food is also very good. We ordered dessert: green tea ice cream and fried vanilla ice cream. Borderline orgasmic. I have been there 3 times, and I rate Sushi House between an 8.5 and a 9 depending on the time of day.
Drop in Service. The old memories I had of good service at Sushi House have all been erased. The food was a bit over priced, but good. The service was arguably the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. In the middle of taking my table’s order, our server left the table to seat 3 parties, make a phone call, and take 2 other table’s orders. Things were remarkably disorganized and chaotic, and it showed in the horrible service. I will not return.
