  It’s been a while since I’ve been there, and I wish I would have waited to go back.Ordered Prime Rib; got Rib Eye. Sent back.Wife ordered lobster and steak (medium). Steak was well. Well done and dry. Tasted like cardboard.Finally got prime rib But no asparagus. Asked for asparagus.Ate prime rib. Ask for ticket. Waitress said oops…. Let me get your asparagus.Complained to Manager about the whole evening. He finally offered to $15 off the bill, I told him nicely that the wait staff was inattentive, and the cooks didn’t cook the steaks well and my waitress forgot to check on us…… I even told him if reduced my check by 50% I wouldn’t post a review. He took off $15 and said that’s all he could do.Still left a 20% tip cause I just didn’t want to stiff the waitress…… But for me and my family….. We won’t ever go back.

  Slop. This place used to be good, what happened? Change of management??02 Mar, 2015Over cooked ribeye,over cooked chopped steak, potato was good. Nacho was slip-should have been cheese with a few chips. It was so soggy that the paper tore through to the plate and there was no way to eat it other than a fork!! Rolls were good but greasy and smushed. They were out of tomatoes and cucumbers and did not tell us until the salad was served!!

  Avoid This Place Like the Plague. We used to like this restaurant, but not any more. Went there on a Wednesday evening & had horrible service & lukewarm ribs. The waitress even tried to charge us full price on the kids meals that their sign clearly said were $3.29 & also told us the kids meals did not come with a drink & were $1.79 each even though the kids menu said it comes with one side & a drink. The waitress even had a baby she was carrying around instead of waiting on the table. She even took this baby into the kitchen where other people’s food was being prepared. The whole staff seemed like they would rather stand around & laugh & talk with each other & were grumpy to customers. My recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague. I know we sure will from now on.

  Rude!. As is the problem with many of the chain restaurants in Hattiesburg, Logan’s suffers from incredibly staff. We came in on a Saturday night fully aware that we would probably have to wait for a table. We asked the hostess how long and she did not answer us! Thankfully the young woman beside her decided to do her job and told us. The people behind us had a older lady in their party and the man asked the hostess if she could get her a chair to sit in while they waited for a table and the hostess rolled her eyes at him! I was so ticked off, we left without eating.

  The worst. This use to be one of my family’s fav spot to dine. Fast forward to now and we avoid it like a virus! The staff are so rude and arrogant, almost confrontative if you ask a question. Too many people walking around with nothing to do but act busy. The food has gone down in the last year. This place never has a full parking lot anymore…take it as a sign.

  This location has the rudest most inattentive bartenders. They did everything wrong. Steak was bland and not cooked to medium well as I asked. The vegetable skewer was good. I and everyone around me got poor service and had to ask 2 and 3 times for refills, silverware, etc.
