Ripping people off!. Never going back to this location. The waiter was rude after he over charged us and they go against the law by charging a 15% gratuity onto the check and after tax. We asked for a manager and the guy played dumb and said he’s not there and he can’t contact him. Long story short we were ripped off an will be contacting the BBB, the authorities and the IRS! It is against the law to make someone pay a tip and make money off of taxes!

Good food, horrible service. My girlfriend and I just ate here. The food itself was delicious, but our waitress came by our table maybe three times. She didn’t come by to refill drinks, ask how the food was, and she had an apathetic attitude. She made us wait 15 minutes after she had taken our food and left us with the bill while she went off to text on her phone, watch television, and flirt with the guys in the kitchen. This was the first time in my life I had never given a tip. The only upside was the food was reasonably priced, and delicious.
We ate at the SoCo and WCo locations regularly when we lived in those areas. After our first visit to the Loop location, we will never go back! The food quality is not as good (except for the guac). The ambiance is not as good. And the service is not only bad, but insulting! Our waiter’s lack of knowledge about the menu required a change in our order. Then the check was not accurate because of the order change, but they refused to correct the bill! The open kitchen allowed us to see a member of the staff mock my argument about the bill. Even if the food were outstanding, the service would have ruined the experience. Go elsewhere!
Needs work. The chips taste like they sat in the oil, not burnt, just like cold oil. Also, I’ve been there several times and it seems there are never enough employees working. 1 cook and 1 waiter isn’t enough. I think the owner must want cheap labor.
