Never had a bad meal. We’ve been there since the first month they opened and have never had a bad experience (other than one 110 degree summer day when their air conditioning couldn’t keep up). The food is very reasonably priced and not in the least bit skimpy. I can’t think of a time when the staff was inattentive. The loaded baked potato is always a favorite along with the reuben. Fries and onion rings can’t be beat. Love this place.
Argumentative staff, no options, long wait.. There was a singular vegetarian option on the menu. A ten dollar tomato sandwich. When I asked the waiter if I could substitute cheese for the chicken in another dish, he argued with me about it, and refused to accommodate me. My party and I were on lunch break, and as we waited we watched as two other tables who had ordered after we had were served before us. In the end, we were all late getting back to work due to the amount of time it took to bring us our meals.

Great food, bad service. Great burgers and food! Pretty awful service though. Slow to greet and and bad at getting back to tables. I highly recommend the pulled-pork nachos, they are on waffle fries!
Awful-Rude-Troublesome!. My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience before we ever sat down. Horrible and Bothersome! I am still troubled! When we walked in we noticed there was a wait. The two couples in front of us didnt want to wait so they walked out. The hubs and I eyeballed two chairs at the bar; we looked at each other and both thought, wed take those. The employee behind the bar (very strange accent and obviously trying super hard to pull off eccentric) looked at me a few times and never said a word. I smirked because it was soooo rude, it was kind of laughable. THEN, two guys walk in, dressed as women, carrying purses. She looks right past me AGAIN, acknowledges them as friends and offers to move some stuff around on the bar so they could have the seats. Seriously, she never said a word to me while I was waiting she had to stretch herself to see around my head to see her guy (or lady) friends that walked in?!?! I can honestly say that I have never had an experience that bad! It was ridiculous, at best.
Not Impressed. Extensive menu. Extremely slow service. Left smelling like I had been in the kitchen cooking. Weird vibe with the servers and some of the patrons. Must have been regulars but the servers were practically sitting down with them and all the shots they ordered. Not impressed and won’t be back.
Great Pasta. I had the Beef Rustic (a cheese cream sauce pasta with medium rare steak) It was delicious! The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted. Best pasta I’ve had in a while! I want to come back!
