Great sandwich shop. Lunches can’t be kind of busy so fair warning. I would suggest the half sandwich half soup meal with the soup coming in a bread bowl. The menu has many sandwich options and usually everyone can find something they like.
No idea what the big deal is. For the life of me I can’t figure out what the attraction is. I went once and the sandwiches are nothing (in my opinion) more than processed meat and cheese that most delis is supermarkets use. No clue why it’s so special and I won’t go back. Too many other places downtown that are unique.
Great for a game. We can here after a husker game but still was seated in 10 mins. and your food and service was great!
First of all the service was very fast. I was seated almost right away and my server was at my table very quickly. I ordered the sandwich and soup combo with half a Reuben and clam chowder. T-he clam chowder was creamy and delicious. The Reuben was just the right combination of bread to meat to cheese to dressing to sauerkraut.
Great service and great food! Get there early… It fills up quickly.
Really fun place to eat. My sandwich was great, atmosphere was fun, crowded (but that speaks to it’s deliciousness) but service was great. Sandwiches are not your typical subway–they’re much better. You should go!
