Great Vietnamese Cuisine. Great atmosphere and selection of lunch items.
My husband and I loved it. We had spring rolls, egg rolls, grilled chicken rice noodle bowl and grilled pork with rice. All of it was great. The grilled pork was really great (our server recommended it and he was spot on)! Service (Dylan) was fantastic.
First off….. They are yummy! Everything is good. But the survers are slow they forgot to ask what we want to drink. Slow when it comes to refilling our water. Slow when they ask us how our food is. And they hide in the kitchen so if we didn’t like something we would have to go hunt someone down. And last they are slow at giving us the check it took a good 20 mins since we were done with our food and its not fun to wait around when your in a rush. But lucky us someone peeked her head out and seen that we were did pleased. But other then that I love the food!!!!
You May Be Taking Your Chances. Three of us who have eaten regularly at several of Lincoln’s Vietnamese restaurants for years decided to give The Pho Factory a try and are sorry we wasted our time and money on a snowy night. We all understand that Vietnamese food is best and truly enjoyed with direct service from kitchen to table however carryout was the choice for this evening. We ordered Tofu Spring Rolls, Grilled Noodle Bowl with Tofu–both standard fare at any Vietnamese restaurant–and Korean Short Ribs and the food was ready and waiting in the promised time for a short ride home for dinner.Put simply the food was atrocious across the board: the spring rolls were so dried out you couldn’t cut them with a knife or take a bite without using both hands to tear it out of your teeth and had no flavor to match the flavorless dipping sauce; likewise the Grilled Noodle Bowl deserved negative stars, featuring soggy, watery noodles, questionable vegetation, tofu that had been deep fried to the consistency of the ceramic tiles that protect the space shuttle on re-entry, and fishless fish sauce; I won’t dwell on the Korean Short Ribs other than to say they went into the trash along with the rest of the meal after a few bites. What a disappointment.Curiously, the garnish to the two entrees was outstanding. Fresh lettuce with marinated carrot and cucumber strips were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The decor is top-shelf, modern strip mall something-or-other with a nice atmosphere and what looked like a large kitchen area, but I can think of two hole-in-the wall Vietnamese restaurants with tiny kitchens and zero decor within walking distance of The Pho Factory where the food is much, much better.
Phuck Pho Factory. Moldy spring rolls. Promptly walked out the door. Nuff said.
Great Take-out. Ordered the large combination bowl of Pho as takeout with a side of Korean short ribs. Good service, friendly, and pretty quick. Food was very fresh and tasty. Short ribs were not spectacular. But Pho was delicious. Nice atmosphere..
Newly opened restaurant with good food and service that is on point. Unlike most Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to they also offer a full bar. If your craving Pho this place is worth a stop.Edit- It has come to my attention that the food quality has fallen off.
