Went to Green Gateau with the girlfriend after furniture shopping. Finding good Lincoln restaurants compared to Omaha is few and far between but Green Gateau is a great restaurant! I love the atmosphere it’s almost a house converted into a restaurant. It has a warm cozy feel. I got the crab sliders w French onion and my girlfriend got the chicken salad on croissant w lobster bisque. Everything I have ever had here is amazing. I liked my crab cakes w a strip of bacon on the croissant sandwhich, I’ve never had bacon w crab sliders. Both soups were delicious but I will order the lobster bisque moving forward, for Nebraska this is quality lobster bisque. If you are in the Capitol city of Nebraska this is a restaurant you must go to. But remember the town’s restaurants don’t touch what Omaha has.
