Ive been going here almost everyday for lunch. Usually I have had a good experience until today. I went there to order the usual shawarma to eat in, and some french fries to go. They put the french fries in those steamy foam lunch box right out the fryer. It burnt half of the box, the top of the box had holes from burning which they could clearly see but still decided to hand it over to me.I went back and polietly asked if they could probably put some paper in the lunch box before putting the freis in it, and that since the fries had burnt the box, they were probably not, DEFINETLY NOT, safe to eat. The guy grabbed another box, and started putting the same fries from the burnt box in the new one. Again, I politely asked if they could throw these fries away and fry some more and put it in the new box with paper. The guy didnt like it, they did end up frying more fries, put it in new box with paper but the top of the fries were still not covered n the box had holes in it (probably from burning, but they made it sound like it wont close)I did get the fries coz I thought if i leave them there, they will serve it to someone else. Went out n threw the fries in the trash can.Like I said Ive been going here almost everyday for lunch n sometimes for dinner. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. These fries dont even cost them a dollar but they acted like I was asking for too much. And no body apologized btw, infact, I apologized before asking for more french fries.
