Our favorite Italian in Lincoln. Vincenzo’s is our favorite Italian Restaurant in Lincoln. EVERYTIME we come to Lincoln we make sure to eat here!This is one place I can’t decide what I want is because EVERYTHING is so good. Then they keep adding new items to the menu.
*Shrugs*. Vincenzo’s pasta is not worth the price. Every time I’ve gone here, I leave feeling slightly disappointed. It’s not terrible food, but the sauces are always too sweet for my palate, and the vegetables tend to be overcooked and underseasoned. To be fair, I do prefer salty savory foods.The salmon soto…well…the salmon was cooked perfectly and seemed pretty fresh. I did not care for everything else about the dish.I ordered a salad for takeout the last time I ate there, and asked if I could get something substituted for the meat that was on the salad. When I got there to pick up the salad, they upcharged me $3 for the artichoke hearts I subbed for the meat (all two pieces on the salad), and the hostess was very snippy when I asked her about the charge. I paid it, and most likely won’t be back.

Wonderful classic yet refined and local Italian. The toasted ravioli was nothing like I expected – it was so much better! Great service and great food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great Food. This is my go to for a great sit down italian meal. The food is always great, and the have a decent wine list. It is also a fun atmosphere. I have also always had great service. Have gone countless times, and would go again.
Not spectacular. The food was good but not great. The Cesar salad was passable. To much dressing ! The snails were done in a way that I was unfamiliar with and did not like. For Entree we had lazazia(can’t spell) and the Gorgonzola steak. The pasta was a little weak and the lazania sauce was pedestrian. My co diner really liked the streak.A good experience with in walking distance to my hotel. The staff was pleasant but green.
Anyone who ever had Italian (real/authentic) can not possibly rate this restaurant as good. Pasta @ Vincenzo’s is otrageously bad..And we’re not talking about taste here,as we all have our own taste buds. That pasta had to be out of Walmart ($1 isle); not joking here. I hope that cook does not call himself a Chef. They need help; Gordon Ramsey, perhaps. Service is good, nice; I’ll give them that much.!
