Gave it a 2nd chance at 84th & Holdrege. Service is too slow and forgetful. It takes too long for waitress to take order on mobile device. Too many other places to go in Lincoln to give it a 3rd try.
Worst service in Lincoln. 84th location.. I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’ve never received good service. They seriously need a manager or atleast one person that cares that there are customers in their establishment. I’m surprised they’re still open.
Horrible Service. Overpriced, Mediocre Food.. I’ve eaten at the renovated downtown location twice, both times being absolutely terrible in service. My friends and I came to watch a Husker game here a couple weeks ago and it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant and the employees just gave us cold looks when we walked in until we realized it was a seat yourself place. It took ten minutes before one of them finally walked over to get our drink orders. After FIFTEEN minutes, we got our round of beers with no apology. My other point of frustration is the price of each item. It cost $11 for a Cobb Salad for Christ’s Sake. Incompetent, rude employees. Expensive, mediocre food. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration; No need to learn these lessons the hard way.
Terrible service. I’ve frequently had terrible service at the downtown Watering Hole , but today I tried to call in a carryout order to the new Holdrege location and still had terrible service! I said I’d like to place an order and the the girl told me to hold on. For the next 10 minutes I listened to two girls go back and forth about a scheduling conflict. Finally, I hung up. On principle, I tried to get through at various times for the next 45 minutes, and the phone was still off the hook. I tried calling a different location to let them know, and the phone just rang and rang. I guess I will be dining elsewhere tonight.
Very Overpriced! Marginal Food. This is a bar!! Expect bar food. Nothing special. This is not a gourmet restaurant. I’m sorry when you charge $11 for a hamburger, $3 for an ice tea, and $13 for 10 sorry wings???? My opinion is if you want spend that amount of cash, go to any steak house in town and forget this place. They’re food is regular bar food, nothing special at all. The 84th St. location, terrible service. After I complained about them adding the tip automatically, they gave me a new ticket. They felt they deserved 20%. No not at all!!!
AWFUL Experience at the 84th St Location. I was at new 84th Street restaurant bat 6:30 PM and it was absolutely the worst dining experience ever. We stood by the door for a few minutes without anyone to greet us. Then we finally went to sit down ourselves, was served with water and ice tea. Then we waited for 30 minutes, yes, 30 minutes, and no one came to take our orders. That is after about 10 minutes of talking and chit-chatting before I started the timer. The waitress in pink shirt was NO WHERE to be found on the floor. It was not even close to dinner rush, half of the tables were already served but most appeared very bored. The family sat in the corner got up and left, then another table left, I actually went up to the bar and asked the price of ice tea, though every cell of mine wanted to just walk out. It is $3 for the ice tea. The bar tender was not hesitant to get her $3, but did not even offer anything to mend the situation, not even an apology. There were 3 bar tenders at the bar, yet no waiter/waitress on the floor. We went to the Mexican restaurant across parking lot, were treated like VIP and saw another 3 groups of guests from Watering Hole walked in, all fuming. It was extremely sad because I really liked the West A location. I am disappointed beyond words of how terrible the whole experience was and would NOT recommend to anyone.
Great wings. My roommates and i went here one night to get wings, i had never been and they were raving about this place. Their wings are their signature item, and for a good reason. They are big and have lots of meat on them. we ordered the platter with 60 wings, but they clearly don’t count them and gave us around 75, which i’m not complaining about. we took the rest home. I had the bbq wings and they had hot wings, so we got 30 of each. i wish they would put one on the east side of town, both are pretty far west, they’re not really far from each other.
