Worst food & service.. I took my son for his birthday, was very disappointed. Did not have many dishes as Dim Sum. what came out was ice cold. Could Not Get Anyone To Bring Us tea. Service and food was the worst place to be. No server was coming our way as we are not Chinese. Don’t recommend anyone to be at this place.
Ruined Family Party – Sneaky Managers. HORRIBLE SERVICE – MANAGERS DON’T HONOR RESERVATIONSI love Dim Sum and Chang’s used to be one of my favorite in town, but I will never go there again. Weeks before my birthday I made a reservation for my party in the small room. I watched the reservation written down by David and was confirmed for a small family party. Just to be sure, I came in 6 days before the party and was again assured that my reservation was all set.We came in today for the party and David, the same guy that took my reservation, claimed that we had no reservation. The story continued to change (that we needed a deposit; That we had not confirmed that reservation – basically lying). The manager, David is a sneaky, slimy piece of work. After enough yelling, David inconveniencing my family, and ruining my birthday party – we were moved into the room. He was incredibly rude to my mother, who showed up 15 minutes earlier than I had and never said sorry to me. long story short: I went above and beyond to confirm my reservation and the managers at Changs lied point-blank and were rude and slippery. Don’t go there – the food wasn’t even good today – you are better off at Orchid Gardens.
My Annual Visit. I come to Chang’s once every year, during a week in Las Vegas for work. That dinner is the highlight of my week. The place is large, but rarely crowded. The food taks a little while to come to plate, which only tells me that they really are making it for ME. An off menu item that I always ask for is pea pod leaves cooked in a garlic butter. Excellent dish to put in the middle of the table and share. I haven’t had a bad meal yet, and I have been going for years.
Delicious, fresh, and authentic. Have recently moved here from Asia and am impressed. Hotels cannot compare. Kai lan also fresh and not over cooked, nor doused in oil and oyster sauce. This place will be a staple. Thumbs up.
Simply delicious.. If you are Canadian and living in Toronto or Vancouver know what authentic Hong Kong dim sum is all about, then you definitely need pay a visit to this place. Why bet $25 on the back jack table and you could buy many delicious dim sum dishes with that green chip. Now I have another reason to vacation in Las Vegas.
Best Place for Dim Sum. Almost everyday when we are in vegas we go to this place for Dim Sum.
Went here for dim sum today. We got about seven items. I tried jellyfish for the first time and liked it quite a bit. The other top picks were the eggplant wrapped around shrimp and the whole fried shrimp. The only thing I didn’t care for was a pork stuffed nest-looking thing which had a weird consistency.
