moved to Las Vegas and love dim sum so drove by Chang’s and thought we would give it a try. worst dim sum ever. prices were way too high. the restaurant is dirty and in need of a makeover and a good cleaning. i believe we were overcharged as we could not figure out our bill. never again will we eat here. stay away from this restaurant.
