Nice pizzaria atmosphere. Lots of local business. Good sports bar with many TV’s. I would recommend this spot!

Good food awful service. Front Row used to be my go to place for pizza. The food is very good, but the service is just awful and a recent experience just sealed it for me. I picked up a pizza and took it home. I opened it and found that it was the wrong pizza. When I called, the young lady on the phone asked if I had touched the pizza. Well, yes. She then said my pizza was still in the oven and did I want it? Yes. She asked if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. Given that I had just driven there and back, I asked for a delivery. Two minutes later, she called and told me I had to come and get it. The manager had said so. (Was this punishment for me for complaining or for touching the first pizza?) When I walked in to get the right pizza, no one said anything. No one made eye contact. It was like I had done something wrong. Finally, a girl called out my name and handed me the pizza. I said thanks. She said nothing. Throughout the whole experience, no one said sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. I’m thinking mistakes like this happen. No big deal. It was how they handled it that really disappointed me. This was just customer service 101. I’m kind of bummed because I like the food, but it’s not worth being treated like that.
Very Good. The pizza crust is wonderful!! Just crispy enough, just chewy enough! Really good! But, the buffalo cheese sticks are where its at!! They are amazing! Monterey Jack cheese covered with a buffalo sauce beer batter and served with real bleu cheese dressing on the side with actual pieces of bleu cheese! Oh and did I mention you get 12 of Them! Awesome!!
Wish I knew the secret to their tuna… it makes for the best sub ever!
