Then my nince order a meal & they didn’t give her everything she order so after she found out then they offerd 2 bring her something eles … Me & my family weren’t happy with this at all … Very , bad …
I’m a regular but I have to agree with the other reviews, it’s not the place to go for a nice diner but if you’rean looking for an afternoon bite and drinks Campino is a great spot. I stick with salads and the bitoque steak (spanish fries and a steak topped with garlic and an egg $12) I’ve been disappointed with everything else I’ve tried. Sit at the bar, tables lack good service.
Great food, Ok service, Terrible terrible bartender. We were a 6-top, no reservation on a Monday night. This place was not busy at all. We ordered our food and had very inconsistent service. At times the staff was attentive, offering drink refills or anticipating our needs. Other times it took forever, like when it came to the coffee or getting our drink refill from the bar to the table. I think the entire problem was with an inexperience bartender. She was just god-awful, almost ruined our meal with her lack of experience and ability to get out drinks in a timely manner. The mixed drinks were mixed poorly and in the wrong portions. The one drink she needed to serve straight up, we watched her as she poored a decent glass, and then poored half of it out into a side glass and served a half-glass. Considering we all had appetizers, dinner and this was during dessert, that was really terrible etiquette on her part. It seemed though that the staff was unwilling to address her errors, leading us to believe she is related to the owners. In any case, the owners are not doing themselves ANY favors by having her behind the bar. Pretty face, but thats about it.
Plan to be there for HOURS. Retirement party (11 adults, 2 child.): It took from 6 to 10:30 pm to go thru appetizers and dinner. Brought our own cake and took them 1hr. to get it to the table (fact is they left it on a empty table next to us). My niece had to get cake out of box and serve it to us. Cleaned off plates and left about 50 or more glasses on table. Same waiters had over 15 or more tables to wait on. Took me 3 waiters to get a glass of white wine. As they say, the left hand didn’t know what the right was doing. Horrible service. My grilled chicken was dry; awful white rice. Others seemed to like their dinners. Capacchino coffee was served luke warm. Never put water on table; had to ask. We never got the last picture of water. This place NEEDS more waiters. They were friendly enough, but too slow in serving, I don’t want to go back there.
Good food, large dishes. Terrible service.
Fresh Seafood. Our table had red snapper, swordfish, squid and octopus. All were very tasty. There were some other dishes that we saw at other tables that also looked very tasty.
