Rude. We didn’t make it to the restaurant on time due to severe traffic problems into Newark that day. We called them about 5 minutes after our reservation time to let them know that we were running late, and they said they couldn’t hold the reservation for more than 10 minutes after the 6:15 reservation time. They were very abrupt, unsympathetic and unwaivering about the policy. Since I knew it was impossible to get there within a few minutes, and being stunned that they had this type of policy, we told them that we no longer had any interest in coming to the restaurant. We have never encountered anything like this before. We told them so, and would never visit the restaurant again nor recommend that anyone else do so either.

Very Disappointing. The name implies a classy Spanish restaurant- yet the menu and quality of food was unquestionably cheap, fast food served on high end dishware. The downstairs is a club like atmosphere that is loud and full of folks eating French fries and chicken wings. If you want some greasy food in a bar/club atmosphere do visit. If youre looking for real Spanish food- dont waste your time or money.

Went here during newark’s restaurant week. Reasonable prices and good sized servings. Definitely would reccomend
