Wait is long because they are always busy. Great food and atmosphere. Would recommend this place to everyone. Perfect before a sabres game. Love this place.

Always seems to be a wait. The atmosphere is kind of loud, but I wouldn’t mind that during a game. Food is good, but not spectacular. The beef on weck egg rolls are delicious and I like the flatbreads. Put plainly, you’re not really there for the food but for the experience.

Atmosphere is cool. Layout is fun. Food is tasty. Understaffed. Service is outrageously slow so you really need to make sure you’ve scheduled an extra hour to dine. I think this place has great potential – just needs to figure out their staffing levels.

Very big multi level sports bar and restaurant. Reminded me of the ESPN sports zone in Times Square. The TV projector screen is probably the biggest I have ever seen. Came during the week and the restaurant was not busy. We managed to have 3 different servers throughout our meal. The nachos barely had any toppings on them. Most of the chips were bare. I liked that the Cobb salad had real turkey but there was barely any lettuce in the salad. The other salad had tons of lettuce. French onion soup was good. Will be fun to come for a Sabres or bills game and stick to bar food.

Wow!!! Keep reading. This place was terrible. Commercial, commercial, commercial!! Have you been to Friday’s or ESPN zone, then you’ve been here. The food was unimaginative, and less then ordinary. After being there we were seated and a waitress took our drink order and apps. After getting out apps late we were asked to vacate our table even though we hadn’t finished our food. Why you ask? Well our hour was up! They don’t care if you finish your food they want the next table. I wouldn’t go here if you paid me. This is by far the harshest review I’ve ever had to write, but in sorry this was an all around 0. Without putting it nicely, this place stinks!

Bad service. I live in buffalo and have been to 716 a few times during events, the atmosphere is good, if u like sports, the food is ok, I would say an upscale Applebee’s , as far as the service, horrible. The staff is overwhelmed with the crowds and talks to customers inappropriately. The staff seems a little young and lacks good customer service and experience. My friends and I ordered 3 drinks from the bar and the bartender never came back with my change or said thank you, granted the price of the drinks was close to $18 but the young male bartender just took the money and never came back, I think he might have pocketed the money. Also, the hostess was so rude I almost left before sitting down, like I said lack of customer service/experience. The whole time I was there I felt like the staff made me feel lucky that I was there instead off catering to us.
