Great Pub!. We’ve stopped in for a few cocktails and snacks on several occasions. On Friday, we stopped for dinner. Excellent. The fish fry was great, great service, very accommodating staff. There was a short wait, though not even enough to finish a drink. We’ll be back!
Had the pot roast last night. A cold night and a great hot meal. Service and food were great. Priced right too. Place was a little cold and parking wasn’t the best. But I’ll be back next time I’m in town.
Best burger in WNY
Conlon’s – S. Bflo’s Hidden Gem. Great neighborhood Irish pub. Food was great (real mashed potatoes!) and a great selection of beer on tap. Service was friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend!
Great Little Place!. My husband and I stopped here on a fluke because we were in the neighborhood and we absolutely loved it. They have a fabulous selection of draught beers; they serve home-made potato chips with their sandwiches; and our waitress was super friendly. Everything we had (food and beer) was delicious and the prices are incredibly reasonable! We will definitely make Conlon’s one of our favorite stops in South Buffalo.
Outstanding. Clean, very friendly, excellent service, outstanding menu.The Irish owner and chef is a fine lad, with a commitment to quality food preparation and customer satisfaction. I have enjoyed each and every item on the menu. One of my favorites the reuban sandwich, also if your a lover of St. Louis style ribs your not going to find a better place. Oh and the loaded potato is just massive.There is also a large selection of draught beer to choose from. All in all I give Conlon’s 2 thumbs up.
Where everybody knows your name…. Or not. But it’s a pretty sure bet the super nice lady behind the bar (whose name I can never remember) will remember your name.I’ve only been to Conlon’s a few times, but the Reuben, pub fries, and salads, are all super yummy! The one thing that I feel could use a little tweaking is the mac & cheese… The jalapeno is barely detectable in the corn bread crumbles and the cheese flavor itself could use an over-all boost… I wonder if the cook has considered adding a tiny bit of blue cheese to the cheese sauce? This trick helps enhance the over-all cheese flavor of a dish…
