HORRIBLE!!!. 2/27/15 Placed my order for a salad and 2 subs at 6pm was told about an hour for delivery. Called back at 7:30 and was told that my oder would be out in 10 minutes the man was ignorant and rude asked if I wanted to cancel but my card was already charged, It was finally delivered at 8:30. The subs were cold and the green olives for my salad were brown!Do not go here!!!!!!

Awful. Been going here for years…never again! Pizza disgusting. Manager/ owner circled restaurant every 5 minutes til we complained to our waitress then he wouldn’t show his face. Tasteless food. No money back, left the pizza on the table. Go somewhere else. Waste of money and time. Lost 2 families of customers for life.
Family Friendly. We have been bringing our kids here since they were little. The food is always good. We order the pastas, pizza, chicken fingers and subs and they always taste great. The waitresses are very friendly and very accomodating.
I have been in the restaurant business for twenty and plus years and every time I go to Jacobi’s the food gets better and better and I always see them cutting and ordering fresh food for each and every day. I would tell friends and family about this restaurant it is amazing. This is what i call a Italian restaurant.
Jacobi’s south side STAY AWAY!!!. So we ordered take out as we would do on occasion. My wife ordered turkey sub she said it was just ok. The subs are very small BTW. I ordered the Jacobi special ( sub w ham/capicola//salami) They meat was bad. Tasted expired and old. We called to let them know & the manager argued with us saying its cut fresh everyday. I call B.S. Then he didn’t want to give us a credit said the only thing we could do is drive back with the sub. STAY AWAY from this bad food. I think the health/Food inspector needs a call.
