Horrible customer service. Work at a big hospital in the area and within a week and a half had our orders screwed up . When we order it is usually a big order which cost us a lot of money! all we want is out order to be correct and not have to keep calling to let them k ow what we are missing. Also when put on hold which is usually just putting the phone down, they really need to work on their language and customer service skills. Also u can hear them talking about u and it’s usually not nice. The words and language that comes out of their mouths is awful.
Horrible Service. Customer service is non-existent for this WNY chain. Simply HORRIBLE.
Great Food, and A fun experience!!. The slices are incredible, I have tried the Classic, Meat lovers and a Pep and sausage and each was great. The chicken fingers are like chicken breasts and I always get an extra one when I order..The veal sandwich is great, The wings are very good….It might be a little more then other places, but you are guaranteed great food, not to mention the larger portions make up for the higher prices and then some. The westside location has a upbeat party atmosphere and all the employees seem to be working hard and getting along and having fun !
The food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Over charged and terrible customer service. Called to complain and they hung up on us 3 times. Cancelled a credit card order and they charged us anyway. When ordering separate orders to the same place they charged us anyway.
Perpetually disapionted. First let me say that the food is good. If, that is, the people working on it are sober enough to get it right. I mean, how much coke do you have to put up your nose before you aren’t able to read a simple receipt? Really though. This has been an issue for the longest time. Either they will forget part of your order, burn the food, or just send out a sub-par product that anyone could see should not be served to the customer.On the bright side the delivery people are usually at your place long before the estimated 45 minutes or so.And last but not least, their customer service skills equal those of the cardboard box your pizza comes in. From now on it will be Just Pizza or Casa when I’m in the mood for pizza.
Was in Buffalo for 3 months on job assisngments. People had been telling me that I should eat here. On my last day I did. La Nova has the best pizza I’ve ever eaten.
No thanks. I’ve given La Nova SEVERAL chances because my friends always talk it up. I’ve never had a good pizza. On occassion the wings are good.
