Such great hot and cold bars. This place really should open their own restaurant. The food is always wonderful and fresh. I love picking up lunch or dinner here. The Southern Fried Tofu (when they have it) is incredible.
A tried and true favorite. One of the better salad bars available – an abundance of vegetables and greens. A bit pricey for the hot bar foods (but that is the understandable cost of investing in your community), but the salad bar is great and affordable. Vegan rice crispy treats and vegan fudge are both awesome as well. Some of the best bread in town.

Sure it’s good. But damn it’s expensive. Guercio’s is the best neighborhood market in Buffalo.
The Co-op is one of my favorite things about Buffalo. Reliable for good, healthy, fast food at the hot & salad bar.
