Cool Place. Pearl Street is a really cool place that serves good food and decent craft beers. The menu has a lot of unique items (Kielbasa, Thanksgiving Burger, Pot Roast Sandwich, etc…) that you typically don’t see at most restaurants, which is nice if you want to try something new or something you haven’t had in a long time. The only draught beers they serve are their own, which kind of sucks because at least half of their beers aren’t very good. I did like the Sabres Edge and a couple of the more full bodied, higher ABV offerings, but their sessionable/lighter beers are straight up awful. The Blueberry Lager thing and Don Cherry beer are horrible, taste like Coors Light with a few blueberries or cherries dropped in. Pearl Street, step your game up with the beer….. you’re a brewpub! The main reason we go here is the atmosphere, really cool older warehouse building with multiple levels. The upstairs rear patio is great in the summer, even have a full bar out there with TV’s. I like that it’s so big, allows for you to move around if it’s busy and not be crowded, whether you’re there for dinner or drinks. Parking is a pain here on weekends or if there’s a Sabres game, usually end up having to pay $10 to pay in the lot across the street under the overpass. Pearl Street should look into buying one of the parking lots nearby for customers. Also, the bar closes at 1am on weekends from what I remember, which is odd (especially in Buffalo where most bars are open until 4 am). I totally get not staying open past 2, but closing at 1 can throw people off who show up around midnight not knowing last call will be in 45 minutes. Should probably display your hours better at the bar or front door so people know if they’re planning a night out here.ALSO, the deli downstairs is SUPER expensive. Probably the reason why it’s always completely empty down there. Too bad too because it’s a really cool space that could be fun if they lowered their prices across the board about 20%.

If Queen Elizabeth were to visit,. I would take her to Pearl Street Brewery. The pot roast is fit for a king, but until Lizzy steps down, Prince Charles will have to wait. Love the craft beers, too.

A huge disappointmentt. French fries cold, elements of Greek salads missing, beef on weck stringy, grizzly and tough, hummus mediocre at best. All in all a very disappointing lunch despite the friendly wait staff.

Chicken wings and broccoli cheddar soup for lunch! So good and so fast. Great beer and even better vibes.

Terrible service with microwaved food and flat beer. Im honestly shocked that this restaurant has received such high reviews. On my recent visit, it took roughly 10-15 minutes for our drink and food orders, which was a bit baffling given the place was around a quarter full. The waiter was in no way friendly and acted like he was providing a great service by waiting on us. The food took another 20 minutes to be served, with the chicken tasting like it had been refrigerated for a week and then reheated in a microwave. The pastrami sandwich came with a tiny slab of meat, which is just as well, since it tasted a half notch better than rubber. The accompanying chips had little to no texture or flavor and made the other items taste like a four-star Michelin meal. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I can genuinely say this was one of the worst meals Ive had in years.
