Was in Thirsty Buffalo last Friday for the first time. Our bartender Judy was always quick to serve us and very friendly. Would go back again. Hope she’s there. Thanks Thirsty for a fun night.
Beef on Weck. This is Buffalo. How the —- can you mess this up? Top bun looked good until I realized on the underside it was smothered in mayo? Bottom bun seemed ok, as though it were dipped in jus – nope. Soupy brown horseradish covering it. A Beef on Weck is BEEF and a ROLL. The rest is up to the patron…Louie’s and Fahertys here we come.
Gross.. I should have taken a photo to share with this, but I was served a burger with raw, sinewy meat last night. My friends go here every week for trivia, but that is the ONLY reason I’d frequent this place.
Still Thirsty. What a crappy experience. Do not waste your time or your money on this dump. It may look inviting, but the food is lousy — wings taste like motor oil, the burger was paper thin on a stale roll — and the manager was rude. There are so many great places to eat on Elmwood; this is not one of them. We will never go back.
