  Not Italian! Not a brick oven either!. I know who these folks are and they are’t Italian! They are Albanian/ Kosovo’s who are rude and don’t really give a damn what anyone thinks! They should not be in business at all! They don’t speak English well enough to get anything right most the time! They have no clue how to cook Italian food and they are now letting the young American kids go so they can employ people from their country instead! I have ordered plenty from them and they have nasty attitudes and I won’t be going there again! Take your business to Brother Bruno’s where they speak English and at least know what they are doing in the kitchen!

  Substandard Service. I always strive to be fair and 100% accurate. I ordered a late night order and asked them if they were ok delivering with an hour left to being open. They said yes. I ordered a large order of wings, and a italian sub, and a 2 liter of soda. The delivery took 1 hour to arrive, and the delivery boy forgot the soda. He told me sorry, and if I wanted him to go back and get it, it was going to be another hours, he then offered to take $1.50 off the order when the charge for the soda was $2.70. I didnt care, just wanted to eat and not give the kid a hard time since it was now midnight. As he left I opened the container and it was a PIZZA. a buffalo chicken pizza, no wings, no soda. I called the pizzaria, and explained that the delivery kid just left but we recieved the wrong order, thinking he just got and order mixed up. The person who answered the phone sounded annoyed, and told me to hold on he would get someone else, then a accented man came to the phone and told me that it was to late and I really didnt understand what he said after that, but didnt get a chance to ask him to repeat it beacuse he hung up. I was disappointed. I tipped the kid 6 bucks. The next day I called back, since I never did get the order I paid for, and there was 4 people that the telephone got passed to before the accented man came on the phone and argued that we ordered a large hot wing, so he sent a buffalo chicken pizza. That is was my fault and it went back and forth on whos the blame was. The fact that a business sat on the phone arguing with a GOOD frequent customer, instead of taking care of a regular blows my mind. I could perhaps understand if there food was good, but its crap and the only reason people order is because the good pizzaria lost their building. The pizza is flimsy and burned that the same time. The wings are dehydrated crap that are seriously lacking in flavor. But I do have to compliment there salad. Its always fresh and crisp and clean. To bad the owner ( I assume) is so uncaring about his customers.
