Seth the matradee has control of things at Cellaaos. He runs a very organized operation at this very nice restaurant. Food is very good as we ate here 3 nights out of 4 when we were staying at the Casino.
Third time there. We’ve seen several improvements each time. Attention to people is key ! That includes all the staff ! Lovely dining experience and Seth is fantastic. Keep up the nice work. See you soon!
