This is a new favorite lunch haunt. The restaurant is located at 580 Walnut St in the skywalk (second floor of the building). The basic entrees are salad, sandwich or pizza. Go up to the 2 tablets in the front of the restaurant to order, or order online, and pay. Within seconds, your order pops up behind the counter. You walk through, similar to a Subway or Chipotle, and pick your proteins, veggies, greens, cheeses, sauces, etc. They pride themselves on slow roasted meats and fresh ingredients. One of my favorites is the pizza on handmade turkish flat bread with tons of veggies and greens. Another is their breakfast sandwich made with a real egg that they crack in front of you, and tabbouleh salad. They also have omelets, homemade chips, fresh fruit, smoothies, bakery items, and more. I am not crazy about ricotta or orange marmalade but somehow I absolutely LOVE their riccotta orange doughnuts! (I am told it was mom’s recipe.) The owners/management and staff are friendly and fun. It is a delightful lunch.
