Not at all impressed. Just your basic crappy Chinese-American place. If you are going to eat here I suggest a plate rather than a combination.

Not what it call good Chinese food!. Not very good, I’m used to chow mein being noodles, here it’s what I call chop suey! No glaze or sauce on their sesame chicken was the same as the sweet and sour, but no sauce or glaze. Jade Palace in Eugene is far superior!

Great egg foo young, and egg flower soup. Other fried entrees are a little greasy and taste a bit bland. The chow mein is very good, always hot and delicious. Cheap prices and lots of food served!

Best Chinese Food!. I have eaten at Tin Sing countless times and it is by far the best Chinese food I have ever had! I used to live in the Eugene area, but have since moved to southern California, and have really missed eating at Tin Sing. None of the Chinese food I have found in So-Cal is nearly as high in quality or flavor. Their barbeque pork appetizer, with red sauce is delicious, and their egg-flower soup and salt-and-pepper shrimp are out-of-this-world! I also highly recommend their Special Lo-Mein and War-Won-Ton Soup. I make sure to visit this restaurant every time I’m in the Eugene area.

The Best~ I’ve tried about every Chinese place from Medford up in this state and this is among the best. A little jem in a small town. Staff was sweet and timely and the food was 5 star with huge portions. I tell everyone to try it.

Bland. I personally thought the main courses were bland and tasteless. It’s as though the cook is just going through the motions and not putting any effort into making the food taste good. At the same time, though, the eggflower soup was one of the best I’ve had. They use fresh veggies in it as opposed to canned soup. The price was alright, though.
