Love it! Yum! Yum! This is the 2nd Menchie’s Location I have been to (1st in Hollywood, Fl). I can see where this could become an addiction.Although the girl behind the counter here in Knoxville was NOWHERE near as friendly, welcoming, & informative as the gals in FL, the product is great. They had some interesting flavors. My favorite being coconut.This brand of Frozen Yogurt is so much better & more fun than Pinkberry… Which actually has that typical yogurt flavor I would rather do without.The reviewer who complained about it melting is in my opinion off base. It is SOFT Serve & sometimes going a mile in a car can take 5-10 mins… In July it is hot… A/C or not. Not a fair review in my opinion.
Quality and selection. Clean, great atmosphere, lots of selection (7 machines, 14 flavors. More than anyone else in town) plus flakes that I have only seen at Menchie’s such as a Nutella flavor, Key Lime Pie, both regular AND sugar free, and my favorite-Banana Bread. Very friendly staff and they really take care of the kids. They now are giving free toys!!
