Major disappointment. I was excited about going here to watch a game or just a night out. Service was worse than bad. Our drinks, appetizer and entree took wayyyy too long. When they brought out my crispy chicken sandwich, parts of it were black from being scorched in the fryer. We would had more drinks but he took too long to bring them. I just expected better, management would be embarrassed…assuming they care.
I’ve visited both locations many times, I’m not a fan. I will say the salmon sliders have been good. Otherwise for after work, HH, Friday night spot this place is a young trendy spot, I’m not a fan. Staff put no effort in their appearance. The La Centara Location always feels dirty. 281 location doesn’t seem to have enough staff for such a large location. Service has never been phenomenal, exceptional, or mediocre, it’s just poor young students looking ready to clock out. I’m not and have never been impressed. 3.0 for the salmon sliders.

The worst part was they don’t post the cost of drinks on the menus because they charge $9.50 for all mixed drinks…are you freakin kidding me! My husband was ticked off at the ticket total for just the 2 of us. Not returning, we can get good mixed drinks a lot cheaper in the area.
Plain bad service. Last night went for their happy hour. Been fairly regular the last 2 years but have seen a trend with waitstaff. MOST have been very good but last night we left and complained to the head bartender. It was as if we were invisible.

The first time I went here I thought it was just average, food-wise. Overpriced. I don’t remember much about the service except that the bartenders were class-A bimbos and made me want to leave. The second time I attempted to go here was midnight of my 21st birthday solely because I wanted something close to my house. The bouncers (???) seemed to question the authenticity of my drivers license and wouldn’t let my boyfriend in because he was 19… I never remembered bouncers present in my first experience. Are they trying to be a nightclub, or what? I don’t get it. List what hours are available to all ages so you don’t wasted peoples’ time and gas, please.
