Hubbie and I trekked out from our hotel in the Hill Country in search of a good seafood dinner. It was a little surprising to find this place in a strip plaza near the highway, but don’t let that deter you. Our meal began with piping hot baguettes with an herbed dipping oil. DHs side salad was tasty and my Louisiana Clam Chowder was excellent. I ordered the Red Fish Diablo… perfectly cooked fish & shrimp, the sauce was delicious, served with dirty rice. DH’s Mahi Mahi New Orleans was also perfect, served with mashed potatoes rather than rice. The server was attentive and warm. Prices were reasonable. I wish we had time to visit again while we are in town for a conference! Visit soon…
