Moved to this side of town and the nearest tamale factory was on Sontera, their tamales are so dry and no flavor at all. My husband drove 3.5 miles to buy 4 doz. tamales and arriving home we get short change 1 tamale missing from each batch, either they don’t know how to count or someone’s eating them as they are packing. We call to notify them about the situation and they want us to drive all the way back to pick up the 4 that are missing. Really no consideration and no apology for their mistake manager was rude.
DELICIOUS is Delicious!!!!. What a treat! The family loves the pork tamales and the Southwestern Vegeterian. Both are fresh, wonderfully tasting and very healthy. The best I have had in a long time. Better than homemade as I can depend on the ingrediants being quality and the kitchen being clean. Aweswome. Just the right size and texture.

Uncle joe. Ok for this generation but i grew up with tamales using hog lard etc. these don’t compare. have called all over town to find out who makes them with real lard. no takers. they tell me everybody is eating healthy and the state??? makes them adhere to certain restrictions. i would like to find the real thing.
Doing a Test. I have been trying tamales all over the place and I keep coming back to here.14 Jul, 2011My Fix. Glad they opened a shop on this side of town so I can bring home my fix of tamales and ketchup…..now that is living.
