Best pho in town!
Disappointed. Service was bad; our waiter clearly did not know anything about the cuisine. I decide to place a carry out order and there were some misunderstandings with the order. I called and spoke with the manager (who is the chef) who was incredibly rude. I’ve been in the food industry. I can forgive bad service, wrong orders and paying $35 for salty soup but to have to deal with a person in a management position in that manner is unacceptable. There is no concept of customer service here. I am very disappointed with Pho Nguyen and I will not be returning to their business.
