Authentic Thai cuisine seems to be very hard to find in San Antonio, especially near the Street me Oak area. This location however seems to have it down very well. Courteous staff and an exceptional selection of some of the most popular Thai dishes. They are very true to traditional spices so be warned if you ask for Thai hot, youll get it! The boba teas are outstanding and everything we ordered was flavorful and blantently made fresh to order. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to Thai cuisine enthusiasts.
We were really disappointed in this restaurant. We were hoping to find a haven for good Oriental food but it’s not this place. Strange ugly decor, confused and slow service. Menu is huge but everything tasted the same in our party of seven. Phad Thai was a mess of noodles and onions with little meat or nuts, no flavor. Same for the Phad Him with cashews, just a lot of onions, canned straw mushrooms and dry chicken with no flavor. Spring rolls were strangely slimy, but fried spring rolls were crispy and good. Soup was a vinegary broth that no one ate. We’ve eaten a lot of great Thai food in North Texas and elsewhere, but we will not be back to this place.
AWFUL……DO NOT EVER GO. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL…..DO NOT EVER GOI ordered the family dinner from here yesterday. They deliver through what they call a third party. The Delivery Ring. The food arrived and things seemed ok but apparently the Pad Thai had either melted through the to go container or they reheated it and the microwave did and it had leaked sauce onto and into everything and then the container was lifted up it spilled out the bottom all over the rest of the food and our kitchen/living room. I called Thai Chili and after speaking to three different people and them trying to put the blame on everyone else (and even tell me the food was still good and I should eat it) they said they would call the delivery company and sort it out and call me back….but no one ever called. I called them back (after an hour) and explained this again and they said that if I scrape up all the food the delivery guy would come by to get it AND THEN they would start a new order. They wanted me to pull it all mixed up out of the trash after being forced to clean it up. Even though I was sick, I went directly in to the restaurant bringing the container that was melted through and the one directly under that had partially melted as well to show them. I spoke to someone that said he was the chef and owner. He still refused to make the order right and again said that if I wanted to bring in the food we had scraped up they would consider remaking the entire order, but short of that they would not do anything.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE THAT WAS SO UNWILLING TO RESOLVE THE DAMAGE THEY ADMITTED TO HAVING CAUSED, MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVE GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SO SHABBILY.
Food rushed – server non responsive. Abundant serving –
DO NOT GO. Waited for over an hour, my wife, son and I were seated quick however, we were the only people of color there. I saw four different parties seated and had received their meals before we received our appetizer (soup). Finally, I complained and left, not worth being treated like a second class citizen for food that is not even that good. Management was not very friendly at all, when I asked why we have not got our food yet, and I was nice about it.

Its ok…..I lived in thailand for 5 years and I can tell you this location is not very authentic. Sauce should not be soupy like a broth. I did like the spring rolls and peanut sauce. Service was only ok as well
