Since we all live in the area, we decided to try this new option on Redland Rd even though it’s in the middle of extensive road construction. The restaurant is built from 22 metal storage containers, hence the name. We had no problem parking, the lot had only a few cars in it when we arrived.Walking in, the place feels small and industrial, ceilings and floors done inexpensively and wood tables and chairs not impressive or comfortable. We immediately noticed a dank musty smell when we entered the front door—really unappetizing and it was worse in the restrooms. We were given menus and gave our drink orders. The menu is eclectic bar food–burgers with lemon aoli and fried eggs, appetizers like onion rings and fried pickles, fried beets, salads, sandwiches and some tacos. Our party of seven ordered burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken Caesar salad, grilled cheese and appetizers. Service was very s-l-o-w. We waited for our fried pickles and jalapeo poppers and when they arrived at our table they were disappointing: greasy and not seasoned with basic salt and pepper. The pickles had a weird spice in them like cinnamon?!? We didn’t even finish them. We waited about 40 minutes for our entrees–when they came they were also disappointing. My grilled cheese was a huge poppyseed bun with melted cheese in it…? My partner’s mushroom burger was tasteless and the meat dry and cold, plus the French fries and onion rings served alongside our sandwiches were bland and unseasoned. There’s a pretty covered patio outside that would be nice on good-weather days. The upstairs part of the restaurant is a bar and they have live music. The place is loud too, there is a trivia contest every Wednesday night and we couldn’t talk comfortably.Service remained slow throughout the evening. The damp musty smell was very unappetizing. For one appetizer, two beers, two sandwiches our total was $44.81 including tip.

I was very excited about going here for lunch with friends. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. We had the meatballs for an appetizer. These turned out to be very good, the sauce was flavorful. I ordered a cheeseburger with guacamole. Hamburger patty had no flavor at all, very dry. My friend ordered the chicken wings with the buffalo sauce, she ate two and stopped. Another person ordered the grilled cheese which was okay. A fourth person ordered a hamburger and didn’t care for it either. The food is overpriced to me since it was nothing special. I think they will make it because the thing they have going for this is location and huge family area in the back for the kids to play while parents sit and eat/drink on patio. The concept is great, just need to improve on the flavor of the food.
