We started out with the lamb sliders, I had the pretzel schnitzel (sauce on the side) and my husband tried the seafood special. There are only 2 sliders for the $8 price, so I was glad we got them 1/2 price for happy hour. I thought they were ok, my husband said they were good. The sauce for the schnitzel is a cheddar sauce, I was glad to get it on the side because I thought the schnitzel was awesome on its own. I tried the sauce and was not a fan. My husband said he enjoyed the seafood special. He got the beer sampler, he drank from lightest to darkest finding out at the end that the darkest should have been drank first as it was nasty warm. The server failed to mention this. She was otherwise a great server. Our bill came out to $62 a fair price for what we ordered.

Excellent place to be. We sat outside and listened to the live music and enjoyed the atmosphere. Had an amazing time and then the food really impressed us. All the items on our table were delicious. Highlights were the filet and the chili. Great, fast polite service too. So so good.
Terrible.. My husband and I came to Katies place in Wimberley for our one year wedding anniversary. Thought it looked like a cute place to celebrate. I ordered the pork chop which was extremely over priced and he got the $26.00 steak. Mind you it was an 8 ounce steak. He asked for it medium well when it came out the outside was hard and black the inside was OK I guess but it was very tough. Finally got our waitresses attention after 20 minutes to tell her that it wasn’t to his satisfaction. She was extremely rude after that and just left us.Then the manager came out He said they only clean the grill on MONDAYS! Then came out with the temp of the steak and said it was to usda regulations? Wtf? Being extremely rude never ever again. Thanks for making my evening katies place!
Great food at a reasonable price. Appetizers were over priced but the rest of the meal was phenomenal.
Had the blast, bacon, lettuce, avocado, sprouts, tomato, and turkey. Wonderful.
Disappointed! Cold eggs, cold bread, frozen butter, biscuit as basically hard flour terrible. taste. Forgot half the order.so had to wait on that. Overpriced for poor quality and waitstaff.
