A hidden gem in the hills, a favorite of foodie locals. Linda’s never disappoints in her menu offerings or service. The food is fresh and inspiring, served in a relaxing atmosphere. There are larger cafes in Wimberley, but not any of them can hold a candle to Linda’s.

Outstanding! I had the chicken-mushroom enchilada and was wowed. My husband enjoyed the Sourhwest meatloaf. Great price, great tea, beyond great food!

Back tonight for more!. Getting the Swedish Meatball special tonight. Can’t wait.29 Sep, 2012Excellent. We ate here last night and the food was excellent. Very fresh, very tasty. I had the smoked pork chop and my husband had the fish tacos. The pork chop was gigantic–there was no way I could finish it but my husband cleaned up on it after he ate his tacos. The service was fine–no complaints there–and we thought the prices were in line with what they offered. The place was obviously a little house at one time which just made it interesting. It was spotless. After dinner, the chef, whom I’m guessing is Linda, and a gentleman also working there, came and spoke to us and asked if we enjoyed the meal. When I told him the dessert was my favorite thing he offered me a second one on the house! I would have taken it but I didn’t want to look too piggy. We’d highly recommend Linda’s.

Good overall. The it’s a little pricey and the service is poor, but the quality of the food is generally very good. It’s a good local spot but don’t go if you’re in a hurry.

We were staying in a bed and breakfast right outside wimberly and found this little restaurant through this app. The food was delicious and the people were very nice! We got the porkchops and I’ve never tasted any as tender as these were!! We will be back in the future, for sure.
