I had the Swedish meatballs, was not impressed, however I did like the appetizer of Cajun nachos and my husband got the craw fish pie, I tried it, it was also delish! I upgraded my side salad to a Greek salad and it was decent. Server was a little preoccupied but she was friendly. I got a cookie with my meal, it tasted like it had been good when it was baked but had the taste of freezer as an undertone.
Fabulous Lunch. Linda’s menu provided interesting variety of salads and entree’s, welcome treat from usual item’s on menu’s elsewhere in the Wimberley area. I chose the fresh broccoli salad which included golden raisins, purple onion,bits of bacon and sunflower seeds in a creamy dressing with right amount of sweetness. The vegetable lasagna was outstanding with variety of fresh veggies in a rich marinara sauce, right amount of cheese and pasta. Seasoning and fresh flavor ‘ s were on target for my taste buds. My husband enjoyed the Greek salad and the shrimp & grits for his entree. The grits were creamy and topped with a sauce which included perfectly seasoned shrimp, mushrooms, onions & bits of bacon. The sauce was rich and flavorful without being overdone with butter. We will definitely return to Linda’s Fine Foods.
