Napoli siciliano pasta plate. The best pasta dish I’ve had to date, made with all fresh ingredients, my husband had the calzone, also the best he’s had to date, the crust is handmade, the ingredients where fresh, we’ll be hard pressed to find a better italian dinner, & the service was very good. Im recommending Marcos to family & friends.
We were seated quickly. However, after fifteen minutes with no one acknowledging we were there; no water, no bread, no order taking or I’ll be right with you…..it was not even busy. We finally got up & walked out!
Food was classic Italian dishes – little bland though. Little disappointed they used frozen spinage on my pizza instead of fresh. When we walked in during lunch the place was dead but soon filled up.
We ordered two pizzas, both were burnt, but mine was the more burnt of the two, so we sent it back. The girl told me they were out of pizza dough so couldn’t make me another one and they would throw the burnt one away for free and I could order something else. I asked if I could just eat the burnt pizza, which they just told me they were going to throw away, and they told me if I ate it they would have to charge me for it. A bit ridiculous.
Good overall. Consistently good (not great) food and service. It’s one of the better spots in Wimberley.
Fantastic Food and Prices. The food is always hot, hot , hot and fresh. Bring you own bottle of your favorite wine and this place is the most affordable italian food restaurant in the Austin area.Family Friendly!
