Go somewhere else!. Figured this would be a great place to pick up a Peach pie for my Father-in-Law for Christmas. Pay the Boutique Bakery price and off to Christmas. He was excited until the first bite. Realized that it was half-baked and the entire bottom of the pie was still relatively raw dough. Tried a slice of Cherry pie bought by someone else a week later and it was not a happy experience either. Seems that the owner doesn’t care and is resting on a name while riding it to the ground. Texas Pie Company in Kyle is much better and consistent.
Yet i heard 1st time this name,i think when i ate that icecream,i feel seriously good after long time;-)
Don’t want new customers?. Visited the Wimberley Pie company with a couple friends and we were treated very rudely. They also have $10 minimum on credit/debit card purchase but everything serve is less than $10, even if you’re buying for a couple. This is actually against card processing regulations. Besides that, it’s almost like they don’t want new customers.
Great American Pie Experience. I have never tasted anything Neal bakes at the Wimberley Pie Company that wasn’t wonderful, and I think I have tried everything there! Not just good- really, really good. Key Lime and Lemon Chess are my personal faves, but the apple, pecan, and chocolate pecan are also exceptional.If you like pie, you are gonna love The WPC.
Got pies from here… They stacked them on top of each other when they bagged them up, totally ruined the top of the pie on the bottom of the bag, squished into the bottom of the one above it… Not so pretty
