Excellent Pho, large servings, always enough for two meals.
Egg Roll. So my boyfriend and I went here just to try out something new. his plate came with an egg roll and I ordered one for myself. When our plates were delivered, he had one and I didn’t. So I asked out waitress if I could have the egg roll i Ordered. She went back and talked to the owners. The woman came out and proceeded to tell me that the cook put it on my boyfriends plate, not mine by accident. She repeated this about 6 times. Then told me to eat it off his plate. Really?
GAG!. This was horrible food! I ordered a pork with noodle that included cha gio egg rolls and it was awful. The egg rolls had been pre-made and frozen and had freezer burn, were not crispy but doughy and dry, the pork was way too sweet and it had no cilantro or fresh basil on it like I’ve had in other Vietnamese places. What a complete waste of my money, Stay away!
The best Pho and Bun in Vancouver IMO. One of the best in the Pacific Northwest.
