Usually amazing. Tonight was different.Pho is usually pretty good. We also got a fried pork dish, fried gristle really. Was disappointing. They are usually really good with the meat they serve.The lady owner came and asked if everything was ok, I mentioned that the pork wasnt the best, oh, she said, Ill let the chef know. Basically – not a care. $1 tip, essentially for the bottle washer.Been there about a half dozen times this year, onto the next one now.
