We were excited to try this spot, but definitely won’t go back. The service was sooo slow. The food wasn’t anything special at all. I would have liked to try the IPA beer, but they were out.

Just noticed the sign recently when driving through Shelton. Had a wonderful french dip sandwich with french onion soup with ale for the au jus. It comes with potato chips so asked if I could have a little lettuce with salad dressing instead. They gave me a delicious fresh garden salad on the side. Nice hefeweizen and their saison is fresh and kins of floral. Both nice on a warm summer evening sitting in the open air room. Great service too and where else can you enjoy a microbrew and good food al fresco in these parts? We’ll be back!

We love a good brew house so thought we should check out Grove Street since we were in town. What a mistake! The brews were watery (hef and red ale), the clam chowder was salty (hmm same as another reviewer), the potato salad had no flavor and the buffalo burger cold and plain. I should have read the previous reviews first. Then we could have moved on to a different restaurant, not that we had much to choose from in Shelton. My advice is to run not walk to Olympia for more dining options!08 Dec, 2012We love a good brew house so thought we should grove street since we were in town. What a mistake! Delicious, my sister and I ate there this evening. The atmosphere was casual and fun and the service was great. I loved my burger and the tasty pasta salad. Sis really enjoyed her chicken apple waldorf salad. (It was so huge that she took home enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow.-
