Don’t bother. over hyped. under performed. we’ll agree that the shellfish was perfectly cooked – very tender. however, nothing else met the hype. muddled flavors. poor presentation. we won’t be back, and can’t recommend it. ;(
Very Good. I made the trip to Xinh’s based on the glowing reviews I seen for the food and I was not disappointed, it is almost a 100 mile round trip for me and I will gladly do it again. I ordered the manila Clams and they were steamed to perfection as were the Mussels in Tahini sauce that I had as an appetizer. Usually when I order clams in a restaurant they are over cooked and taste like rubber bands but Xinh did them perfectly, tender and flavorful. Finished the meal with Guava/Passion fruit Sorbet that was also delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the bread which was just a mundane sliced sourdough, not nearly up to the other standards of this restaurant. Cant wait to go back.
