The Bomb.com. This is how a Latin young lady friend of ours described this food and the cook.This food blew us away as well!JG score of 6.5/10 (+3 for food, +0.5 for atmosphere, +1 for price, 0 for no Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for typical service and +2 for we will return for food for sure)The food is awesome. We tried several things. At first we each ate 2 tostadas which had us salivating and we scarfed down. 2nd came the verde enchiladas which are chicken enchiladas smothered in a green sauce…..delicious. Neither of us are big yardbird fans unless it is fried but these chicken enchiladas are about the best non fried chicken thing we have had. Last, we got some tacos= we each got a barbacoa and another pastor taco. The barbacoa was just okay for us and the least appealing item we got today….in fact the only thing we got that we will not get again. The Pastor taco was the best item we had. It was delicious and flavored well. The guy in line behind us said all he would get is pork tacos. Another person who mentioned this place also mentioned the pork tacos and verde enchiladas….Anyway, the Pastor tacos were our favorite item of all today! All of this food was drowning in flavor and delicious. The best flavor in most of the items that we have had anywhere!The atmosphere here was fun. This is a taco trailer. It is run off a generator in the back of the truck that pulls it. No seating really. This trailer only goes to this parking lot outside of Republic Industries for lunch 5 days a week. It apparently has done so for years. We just ate off the back like old taqueria style letting our crumbs just hit the ground. We had a good time.The price was just right. 4 tacos, 4 enchiladas, 4 tostadas, 2 drinks= 14 items for under $18. No Diet Dr Pepper or Diet Coke that I know of, we did drink 2 manzana apple juices from the bottle and cold.The service was friendly. They do speak English okay and we were able to ask several questions.We will go back for sure. This is a great place. We discovered it by accident last week just driving around. For 4 years we have missed this awesome place; not sure how that happened. Whatever, this place is a new favorite!
